Please note: Recovery of hacked websites is not included in our maintenance plans, as websites can be hacked at any time and we do not have control over this. We strongly recommend using strong, unique passwords for all WordPress sites and hosting accounts at all times.

Do I need a maintenance plan if my site doesn't change often?
Yes — even static sites need WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates to stay secure. Outdated software is the number one cause of WordPress sites getting hacked. The Bronze plan covers those essentials at a low monthly cost. A slow or neglected site also shows up as lost leads — see 5 signs your website is costing you customers.
What happens if I use all my hours before the month ends?
We'll let you know before you run out. If additional work is needed, we'll quote you at your plan's overage hourly rate. You can approve it or wait until the next billing cycle — the choice is always yours.
Do unused development hours roll over to the next month?
No — hours reset each month and do not carry over. This keeps the plans straightforward and ensures we're consistently delivering value each billing cycle.
Is hacked website recovery included?
No — hack recovery is not included in any maintenance plan, as sites can be compromised at any time and we cannot control that. We strongly recommend using strong, unique passwords for all WordPress and hosting accounts. If your site is hacked, contact us and we'll provide a quote for recovery work.
How do I cancel my plan?
Simply contact us with 30 days notice and we'll stop the plan. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. We appreciate the notice so we can wrap up any outstanding tasks cleanly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — just contact us and we can adjust your plan at the next billing cycle. If you're consistently using extra hours, upgrading is usually the more cost-effective option.
